I
also
noticed
that
my
relationships
with
others
improved.
I
was
more
patient
with
my
family
and
friends,
and
I
was
better
able
to
appreciate
the
good
things
they
brought
into
my
life. Keeping
a
gratitude
journal
has
become
a
daily
habit
for
me.
I
usually
write
in
it
before
bed,
and
it
helps
me
to
reflect
on
