name
is
Li
Ming,
and
I
was
born
and
raised
in
China.
I
decided
to
take
this
opportunity
to
share
a
little
bit
about
my
culture
and
experiences. Growing
up
in
China,
I
learned
to
appreciate
the
rich
history
and
diverse
culture
that
we
have.
From
our
traditional
festivals
like
Spring
Festival
and
Mid-Autumn
Festival,
to
our
delicious
cuisine
and
beautiful
landscapes,
there
is
so
much
to
love
about
this
country. Education
has
always
been
highly
valued
in
Chinese
culture,
and
I
was
no
exception.
I
worked
hard
in
school
and
eventually
went
on
to
study
at
a
top
university
in
Beijing.
I
studied
computer
science
and
technology,
which
is
a
highly
competitive
field
in
China. After
graduating,
I
worked
for
several
years
in
the
technology
industry
before
deciding
to
pursue
my
dream
of
studying
abroad.
I
chose
to
come
to
the
United
States
for
my
graduate
studies,
as
it
is
home
to
some
of
the
best
universities
in
the
world. Living
in
the
US
has
been
a
fascinating
experience
for
me.

able
to
learn
about
different
cultures
and
ways
of
life,
while
also
sharing
my
own
experiences
and
perspectives
with

I
have
also
had

opportunity
to
travel
and
see
some
of
the
amazing
natural
wonders
that
this
country
has
to
offer. Overall,
I
am
proud
of
my
Chinese
heritage
and
grateful
for
the
opportunities
that
I
have
had
both
in
China
and
abroad.
My
hope
is
that
through
sharing
my
experiences,
others
can
gain
a
better
understanding
and
appreciation
for
Chinese
culture
and
the
people
who
call
it
home.
